Ingredients
1 dozen hard-boiled eggs
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon sour cream
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 Tablespoon pickle relish
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Very light sprinkle of cayenne pepper (optional)
1 clove finely minced garlic
½ teaspoon horseradish sauce
1 finely minced pepper (optional)
2 shakes of Worcestershire sauce
Garnish the tops of the filled eggs with crumbled cooked bacon
Directions
Fill a large pot with enough water to cover the eggs, then bring to a
boil. Before boiling add the eggs and turn on the heat. Bring to a boil. Cover
and let simmer for 9 minutes. Remove the eggs from the heat and dunk the eggs
in a ice bath until completely cooled.
Peel the eggs, cut in half and scoop out the yolks into a medium bowl. Mash
the egg yolks with a fork. Add the mayo, mustard, pickle relish, vinegar, hot
sauce, salt and pepper. Mix until combined.
NOTE: TEST, DON'T GUESS. Before filling the egg white half TASTE the mixture and adjust the seasoning to your liking.
Fill each egg white half with a heaping teaspoon of the mixture.
