The softer, more flexible vinyl film allows
laminated graphics to be rolled without tunneling. Eclypse™ vinyl overlaminates
are coated with a clear, non-yellowing permanent pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive.
The facestock is formulated for clear color transmission. RTape’s Eclypse™ vinyl
overlaminates provide printed graphics with protection from abrasion, chemical
spillage, pollution and abusive handling.
Features of 3 mil Eclypse Overlaminates:
· Clear adhesive for true color
transmission. Resists moisture and other adverse conditions.
· Heavier adhesive coating weight allows
for proper adhesive flow and blemish-free laminations.
·
Excellent performance on flat and
simple curved surfaces.
·
Excellent dimensional stability during
use and application.
· New acrylic adhesive system improves
the product’s resistance to tunneling, crazing and stress whitening on rolled
graphics.
·
The smooth surface of the 78# PK
release liner eliminates “orange peel”.

widths, in 150 ft. rolls.
Polycarbonate Overlaminates. RTape’s polycarbonate overlaminates are available
in 3 mil, 5 mil and 10 mil thickness. The polycarbonate films provide abrasion
and moisture protection for expensive tradeshow graphics, photographic prints

resists, yellowing, moisture and other adverse conditions. By extruding its own
textured polycarbonate films, RTape better ensures the consistency and quality
of its products.
